A day and a half of shooting followed by several days in post and we have ourselves a finished piece. Lost Anthem's new music video, “Hey DJ,” produced and directed by Hyper Alliance, is now “in the can.”
The concept of the “Hey DJ” music video portrays two twenty-something people who are faced with potential life changing decisions. Some influence is offered them through a combination of the music (“Hey DJ” by Lost Anthem) and a somewhat supernatural DJ character, who spins music at the key location of the video, the rave. Sound complicated? The approach for the video was to create a product that is edgy, but leaves the viewer with a positive feeling. Lost Anthem feels the video hits the mark. We do too.
Since the completion of the “Hey DJ” music video, Lost Anthem has been presented with more offers from potential Record Labels and Distribution Companies. They appear to be a band on the move and we are having a great time watching them climb.
